Our virtual group therapy sessions offer a safe, empowering space where women from all walks of life can come together to share experiences, build connection, and foster personal growth. Guided by a licensed therapist, these groups provide support for navigating life’s challenges and changes—helping you feel heard, understood, and stronger every step of the way.

Groups at Messy Bun Therapy are offered virtually & run for 8 weeks before the cycle resets. Groups all self-pay only at $35/per session. Each group meeting will have a different theme and you will be sent those in advance. If you can't make all the groups or some don't apply to you, not to worry, just let Liz know 24 hours in advance if you can't make a session! No-shows for group sessions will be charged the $35 fee.

Connect with others who understand your journey, share openly without judgment, and explore tools for coping with grief, anxiety, and uncertainty.
Working Moms Therapy Group
This therapist-led group provides a supportive space for working moms to navigate the challenges of balancing career, parenting, and self-care. Connect with others who understand the pressures of modern motherhood, and explore tools to manage stress, set boundaries, and reclaim your sense of identity and balance.
Stay at Home Moms Therapy Group
This therapist-led group offers a supportive space for stay-at-home moms to connect, share openly, and feel seen in the often-isolating journey of full-time parenting. Explore topics like identity, burnout, emotional well-being, and the invisible load of motherhood—all in a community that understands.
