1. Appointments & Scheduling
- Sessions are by appointment only. Clients can schedule via the online portal or by contacting the practice directly.
- A valid credit card is required on file to book an appointment.
- Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time. Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals & you will be charged for the entire scheduled session time.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee unless due to an emergency.
- Repeated no-shows may result in pausing of services until therapy feels helpful, not stressful.
3. Fees & Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, alternate forms of payment are required to be on file prior to your first session. Please update these payment methods as needed.
- Limited Discounted rate options are available.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
- All client information is confidential in accordance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
- Limits to confidentiality include cases of harm to self or others, child/elder abuse, plan to harm others, or court orders.
5. Hybrid Therapy Sessions
- Clients may choose between virtual or in-person sessions.
- Virtual sessions must be conducted in a private, secure location with a stable internet connection.
- In-person sessions are available for local clients at the designated office location.
